Our main industrial plant was built with zero land consumption, as we have recovered and repurposed an abandoned typewriter factory. The introduction of this facility has yielded remarkable advancements in sustainability, including a 50% reduction in energy consumption per square meter and a decrease of 65% in direct CO2 emissions. We also implemented a solvent regeneration system, enabling us to recycle isododecane and re-use it within multiple production cycles. Furthermore, we only use electrical energy derived from renewable resources and join DHL’s initiatives aimed at offsetting transport related environmental emissions with the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel. We are also improving waste management by manufacturing process optimization and contribute to research on cosmetic waste disposal.
